Attorney Profile: Arthur Newmark, M.D., J.D., LL.M.
Legal
After graduating
with Honors from Rutgers University
School of Law in 2002, Arthur Newmark received special training as a Trial
Lawyer at Temple University where he earned an
LL.M. in Trial Advocacy.
He has been in solo practice since 2004. Previously, he worked as an
associate with Abraham, Bauer & Spalding where he assisted in the
major cases including injuries and death due to cardiac tamponade,
airway emergency, myocardial infarction, infusion pump negligence and cerebral
aneurysm. His greatest contribution prior to becoming a solo
practitioner was case identification, case theory and drafting fact
based complaints.
He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Medical
Dr. Newmark holds a
Pennsylvania Medical License. He is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine, recertified in 2003. Dr. Newmark earned his M.D. in 1989 from
the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. He received
his Internal Medicine training at Presbyterian Medical Center in
Philadelphia, where he was an Instructor with the University of
Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Newmark had the privilege to serve
our veterans at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He
has practiced medicine in many settings: Emergency Rooms, Outpatient
Primary Care and Urgent Care, Nursing Homes and Intensive Care.

He has had notes published in the New England Journal of Medicine, Emergency Medicine,
and Emergency Physicians' Monthly.
